It was reported that Francisco Partners has acquired Elite and eBilling Hub from TPG Capital and Thomson Reuters. Elite and TPG first partnered in 2023, providing more capital for product enhancements and expansion. Elite includes the brands 3E and ProLaw. At the time of this report, Elite serves about 2,000 law firms, including 75% of the Am Law 100 and 72% of the Global 100.
